Service master data specialist Description - Job Summary Applies specialized skills to develop new concepts and complete tasks innovatively and effectively. Possesses expert knowledge of the job's general and technical aspects. Handles highly complex assignments independently, using judgment, initiative, and technical expertise to solve problems. Frequently creates methods and procedures for new tasks and may supervise other employees. Provide comprehensive support for new proudct setup including cost and pricing setup. Manage queries and escalation related to product setup. Address complex sku system dependencies and ensure accurate data entry. Responsibilities * Provides day to day support for new product setup end to end in S4 system and other required systems for other activites including cost and pricing. * Escalation management – Ensure each escalation responded to stakeholders and issues are fixed with in 3 days to maintain customer satisfaction. * Lead projects cross collaboration with other teams to deliver results. * Data Accuracy and Quality: Ensure team achieve 100% in quality control * Processing each tickets as per the TAT – Coordinate and ensure tickets are managed and closed on time. * Helps in resolving complex service master data issues. * Ensuring accurate documentation and record maintenance. * Communicates effectively with both internal teams and external customers. * Assists in daily operation to the team members , provide training and onboarding new team members. * Collects feedback from stakeholders and customers to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to products, services master data setup. Education & Experience Recommended * High school diploma and university graduate. * Typically has 10 years of related working experience in material master data setup and preferably familiar with systems such as SAP S4 Hana, MPO, C4, i-cost, phweb, CReST etc Preferred Certifications NA Knowledge & Skills * Application Knowledge: SAP S/4 Hana, MPO, C4, i-cost, phweb, CReST etc * Material master data setup * Digital transformation Cross-Org Skills • Effective Communication • Results Orientation • Learning Agility • Digital Fluency • Customer Centricity Impact & Scope • Impacts multiple departments and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects. Complexity • Works on assignments that are highly complex in nature where a strong degree of initiative and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems.
