We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Master Data Specialist to join our team for a 12‑month assignment.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing master data management, and operational supply chain processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and seamless execution of business-critical activities that support our manufacturing operations.
- Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information, financial flows, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of compliance, cost, service and inventory.
- Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
- Works in conjunction with IT partners to ensure the system framework addresses business requirements.
- Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to improve supply chain compliance, quality, efficiency and volume.
- Manages and maintains policies, procedures, processes, and tools in compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Post-graduate certification and/or license may be required.
- Typically, at least 1–2+ years of relevant experience within supply chain, manufacturing, master data, or a related operational environment.
- Strong ability to understand production processes, manufacturing flow, and the dependencies between master data, materials, systems, and shop-floor execution.
- Experience with electronic batch records, configuration activities, or system setup in a manufacturing or regulated environment is considered highly beneficial.
- Fluency in English and Danish
