Good interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain retail relationships.
Basic proficiency in using a smartphone for order coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

→Receive and process purchase orders from retail partners across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
→Coordinate timely order deliveries from the Islamabad warehouse to retail stores.
→Liaise with delivery personnel to assign, monitor, and track order dispatches.
→Personally handle deliveries when required to ensure timely fulfillment.
→Collect payments from retail partners as per agreed terms and ensure proper documentation.
→Maintain accurate transaction records and deposit collected payments into company accounts promptly.
→Monitor outstanding dues and report any discrepancies or delays to management.
→Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and improve product placement, visibility, and shelf presence.
→Identify and onboard new retail stores to expand the distribution network.
→Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
→Drive sales growth by improving product availability and sell-through across the assigned territory.
→Coordinate online order processing, including packing, dispatch, and delivery where required.
→Ensure proper inventory handling and adherence to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
