Team Leader

Key Responsibilities - Create a positive team environment with open communication - Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and define deadlines - Oversee day-to-day team operations and productivity - Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports - Motivate, coach, and train team members - Identify training needs and provide continuous guidance - Address team feedback, conflicts, and operational issues - Recognize and reward high performers - Encourage creativity, ownership, and engagement - Plan and organize team-building activities Requirements Qualifications: - 2 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor - Experience managing a team of around 16 members - Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams - Proactive approach to ensure smooth operations and collaboration - Ability to lead by example and drive team performance Requirements & Skills - Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor - Strong understanding of performance metrics - Good computer skills, especially MS Excel - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Effective decision-making skills
