Accounting Specialist (Supervisory)

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Work schedule may revert to Monday–Saturday based on management's discretion.

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing financial reporting, product costing, tax compliance, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. This role ensures accurate accounting records, supports month-end closing activities, and assists in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• → Prepare monthly sales reports, product costing, gross profit analysis, and trial balance
• → Process month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records
• → Prepare tax returns, audit schedules, and supporting documentation
• → Perform bank, general ledger, and BIR reconciliations
• → Maintain pricing systems and discount structures
• → Review and analyze accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• → Coordinate with Treasury and external stakeholders on financial transactions and reporting requirements
• → Support audit activities and other accounting projects as assigned
• → Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
