→Develop and execute the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
→Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, cloud, automation, and data analytics to drive innovation and operational excellence.
→Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and business continuity across the organization.
→Lead and develop high-performing technology teams, including AVPs and senior leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
→Manage IT operations, budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role within a large, complex organization.
Proven success leading digital transformation programs with expertise in AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and technology modernization.
Demonstrated experience managing AVPs, senior leaders, and large multi-functional technology teams.
