Job Summary
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand equity. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to manage brand performance, marketing initiatives, and portfolio strategies while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to create programs that drive sustainable business growth
- Manage brand portfolio, product lifecycle, and profit and loss (P&L) performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies to improve business results
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with management to align brand strategies with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of brand management experience within the FMCG industry
- Proven experience managing brand strategy, product portfolio, and marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of brand management, consumer marketing, and business planning
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling beverage or snack brands
- Background from leading FMCG companies such as URC, Rebisco, Monde Nissin, Liwayway, Leslie's, Prifood, NutriAsia Snacks, or WL Foods
- Experience managing brand P&L and portfolio strategy
