  • Know our customers. Research client industries and business activities so you can support customers with real insight and anticipate their needs.
  • Own service reviews. Run regular customer service review meetings — proactively preparing agendas, supporting documents, and reporting so every conversation lands well.
  • Be the go-to. Field ad hoc customer queries and bring in the right teams whenever there's an escalation — or an opportunity to add more value through service add-ons.
  • Capture what matters. Attend meetings, record clear and accurate minutes, and distribute them to the right internal and external stakeholders promptly.
  • Turn data into direction. Generate and maintain reports on customer-centric operations, surfacing insights and recommending process improvements while keeping deadlines on track.
  • Build relationships. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders — customers, local partners, and internal teams alike.
  • Keep the engine running. Manage Salesforce administration and updates for customer interactions and account activity.
  • Get the details right. Review invoice outputs from HSP Finance against customer agreements, resolve discrepancies with the relevant experts, and liaise with billing/finance to ensure accuracy.
  • Roll with it. Take on other tasks as they arise in support of the Customer Success team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
