Implementation Consultant

We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to help enhance our training efforts across our suite of products. We need someone who’s passionate about our customers getting the most out of their subscriptions. As an Implementation Consultant you’ll be focused on our key professional customers across Ita-Meds, Balkans & Middle East acting as a subject matter expert for our Analysis products like Sportscode to level up users. 

In this position, you’ll:

• Be a strong communicator. You’ll constantly push for alignment between the Sales team and customers on both short and long term goals. 
• Educate customers. You’ll take the initiative to understand a customer’s workflows and make sure they’re set up for success with our products.
• Be the voice of the customers. You’ll understand the needs of our elite customers, provide product feedback directly to our team, and work closely with customers to exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate. You’ll work closely with Support, Sales and Education in order to surface customer insights and execute on the strategy for customer training and onboarding. 

For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Barcelona.

• Experienced. You understand the ins and outs of the Pro Suite, making it easy to train our customers and help them get the most out of their subscriptions. You’re motivated to learn more about our product suite.
• A natural teacher. You have a genuine ability to break down complex concepts and make them accessible to any audience. Whether in a one-on-one session or a group training, you know how to read the room, adapt your communication style, and ensure every customer walks away feeling confident and empowered.
• Customer-facing experience. You have experience working closely with customers, including training and educating them.

• Team player. You thrive in dynamic environments, remain flexible with schedules and communication, and actively partner with product teams to advocate for customer needs and share insights.
• A problem-solver. Your eye for details helps you identify, analyse and solve challenging problems.
• Multilingual. You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus, like Italian, Arabic, Greek, Turkish.

• Data or Sports Science experience. You demonstrate Analytics Skills preferably in a Sports context, skills including: Javascript, Python / R, Tableau, GPS analysis.
• Product development. You’ve influenced or supported product development in SaaS for sports.
