Floor Manager - Qatar

We are hiring experienced Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.

  Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow

  Supervise waiters, captains, hosts, and front-of-house staff

• →

  Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction

• →

  Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

• →

  Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance

• →

  Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service

• →

  Ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards

• →

  Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest handling

• →

  Assist in staff training and team motivation

• →

  Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs

• →

  Support restaurant management in achieving sales and service targets

• →

  Prepare shift reports and operational updates when required

  Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred

  Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations

  At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/front-of-house management role

  Strong leadership and customer service skills

  Good communication and team management abilities

• →

  Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant operations preferred

• →

  Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods
