Patient Relations Officer - KSA

We are hiring an experienced  Patient Relations Officer for reputed Company  in Saudi Arabia

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families.

• Deliver excellent customer service.

• Address patient concerns and ensure a positive patient experience.

• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

• Support high standards of patient care and satisfaction.

  Follow departmental policies, SOPs, and procedures.

  Perform daily duties in accordance with established standards.

  Welcome patients and visitors.

• →

  Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling.

• →

  Respond to inquiries and provide general information.

• →

  Handle patient complaints, concerns, and grievances professionally.

• →

  Escalate unresolved issues when required.

• →

  Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff.

• →

  Communicate patient feedback accurately and diplomatically.

• →

  Educate patients and visitors about hospital services, policies, and procedures.

• →

  Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and complaints.

• →

  Ensure confidentiality and data security.

• →

  Collect patient feedback through surveys and direct communication.

• →

  Support continuous service improvement initiatives.

• →

  Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and confidentiality regulations.

• →

  Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support departments.

• →

  Assist in organizing patient engagement activities and orientation sessions.

• →

  Comply with safety, health, and environmental procedures.

• →

  Perform additional duties as assigned.

• →

  Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical environment.

  Bachelor's Degree in: Healthcare Administration / Public Relations / Nursing
