Responsibilities

→2+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles
→Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or similar B2B environments
→Track record of building and converting high-quality sales pipelines
→Experience selling to or marketing toward large enterprises (e.g., Fortune 500)
→Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
→Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
→Willingness to work on-site in Berlin (mandatory)
→Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software
→Existing network within SAP, consulting, or enterprise tech ecosystems
→Previous experience as an early-stage startup growth hire
→Exposure to high-performance B2B sales environments
