Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Bar Lounge Manager ​role  

• Manage the all-day operations of the Bar Lounge, maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation. 

• Collaborate with the Bar Lounge Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability. 

• Foster a culture of excellence by providing ongoing training, guidance, and mentorship to the team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service consistently. 

• Cultivate a dynamic and creative environment, encouraging experimentation and the implementation of new ideas to enhance the department. 

• Demonstrate a passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing your expertise to inspire excellence. 

• Identify and nurture talent within the team, developing succession plans and promoting personal growth opportunities. 

• Assist recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team is comprised of skilled professionals dedicated to excellence

About you  

Experienced in high-end beverage operations, with a strong ability to lead, manage and train effectively. Demonstrates personal ownership of tasks, ensuring completion to achieve desired outcomes.
