Night Manager

Key Responsibilities 

• Able to act as a manager on duty during night shift ensuring all team members perform the tasks assigned to them.

·        Conduct briefing for all Night Shift staff.

·        Direct and oversee all operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

·       Monitors rooms’ standards in general, working through the respective Head of Department to take corrective action where necessary.

·        Check rooms and make sure any special requests are carried out accordingly.

·        Ensures the strict control of room keys.

·        Ensures that public areas are clean and up to standard.

·        Cooperate with the housekeeping department to improve guest service experience.

·        Deals with guest complaints and be able to find a solution to it.

·        Ensures accurate completion of night audit in a timely manner.

·    Works closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

·        Prepares daily night summary reports.

·        Bachelor’s degree and/or certification in Hospitality/Management or related field preferred.

·        2-4+ years of progressive hotel operations experience

·        Proven track record in improving operational performance.

·        Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

·        Previous experience with international hospitality brands preferred
