About the Role
~1 min readDo you enjoy creating content, bringing people together, and turning feedback into action? As our Senior Marketer, you will help grow and nurture the IceWarp community. You will manage reviews on key platforms, create engaging content (articles, updates, stories), and support conversations across our channels. If you like being close to users and you are great at making people feel heard, we would love to meet you. You will start as an individual contributor, with the potential to scale the role and eventually hire and lead a team.

~1 min readCommunity-first mindset: You genuinely enjoy bringing people together and making them feel welcome. You can build trust across channels (community, social, forums) and keep conversations constructive.
Strong content & storytelling skills: You write clearly and confidently - from community posts and product updates to blog articles, campaigns, and customer stories. You know how to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
Engagement & social fluency: You know how to spark and maintain engagement. You are comfortable replying to reviews, moderating discussions, and showing up consistently on social, including Reddit (with the right “non-salesy” approach).
Growth & lead-gen orientation: You understand how content and community turn into measurable outcomes. You can support lead generation through online campaigns, landing pages/lead magnets, webinars/newsletters, and lightweight funnels.
Outreach & relationship building: You are confident reaching out to users, advocates, and partners to collect testimonials, case studies, and co-marketing opportunities you keep relationships warm and professional.
Proactive and organized operator: You plan ahead, run multiple initiatives at once, and keep things moving without needing constant direction. You are comfortable owning a calendar, a backlog, and a few experiments at the same time.
Data-informed (not data-paralyzed): You can pull insights from reviews, engagement, and campaign performance, and turn them into clear next steps. You know what to track (traffic, sign-ups, engagement, MQLs) and how to learn fast.
