MHE1- Case Pick 2nd Shift

Operates gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial equipment equipped with lifting devices, such as sit-down, stand-up, clamp or other elevating equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in distribution center or storage yard.

• A successful Reach Forklift Operator will be responsible for unloading and loading all inbound and outbound products, along with moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting.
• Load, unload, move, stock, stage, and efficiently store products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the correct number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
• Follow customer requirements and other instructions to ensure load accuracy, product stability, and the safe loading and unloading of all products.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment and operate all equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations.
• Efficiently move products from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, free of damage, and report any quality variances.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, including the "clean as you go" process.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that cannot be self-corrected to leadership.
• Keep appropriate records and reports to maintain inventory control and security.
• Assist with physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Coordinate as necessary with Customer Service, Transportation, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist with enforcement as appropriate.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Requirements: High School Diploma, or GED.
• Electric Pallet Jack Operator experience, 2-year minimum.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• 1 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
• Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership.
• Have a safety-first attitude
