We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, motivated paralegal who wants to take real ownership of their caseload in a fast-paced, genuinely collaborative environment.

  • Competitive pay. Salary range is $90,000 – $125,000 — with a clear path to grow.

Responsibilities

  • →Discovery and eDiscovery Management
  • →Trial preparation and courtroom support
  • →Dig into case strategy.
  • →Case strategy and docketing.
  • →Drafting legal documents including motions.
  • →Support attorneys through depositions, mediations, trial and other proceedings.
  • →Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to build winning strategies.
  • 4+ years of experience of landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases independently, without missing a detail.
  • Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Litigation and trial support experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.
