The 3PL Region Manager acts as the high-level "bridge" between iHerb and its external logistics providers across a specific geographic territory, responsible for daily operations and coordination with our partners and internal stakeholders. Heavy operations management experience is required.

Responsibilities

The noise in the work environment is usually moderate. Other factors are:

→Hectic, fast-paced with multi-level distractions
→Company uniforms, closed-toed shoes, casual work environment
→Warehouse environment, may be required to wear safety equipment
→Ability to work extended hours as required

The role is based in the UAE to oversee operations in South Dubai as well as a facility outside of Riyadah. Travel is expected between the two sites as needed to support both facilities appropriately.
