Building Maintenance Worker

• →Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks
• →Inspect and maintain electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fixtures
• →Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair issues

• Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility maintenance preferred
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices
• Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tools and equipment

• Technical or vocational certification in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities in Dubai
• Knowledge of infection control and healthcare compliance standards
