What We Offer

✓Own the affiliate growth strategy for assigned TikTok Shop accounts

✓Work on and manage creators' channels: Discord, WhatsApp

✓Recommend commission structures, bundles, and offers that incentivize creator output

✓Identify when to lean into seeding, retainers, or live-focused affiliates

✓Source high-quality creators through Affiliate Center, outreach, and internal creator communities

✓Manage and work on TikTok shop lives

✓Build and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates

✓Coordinate creative briefs for creators, content expectations, and posting cadence

✓Identify winning creators and content formats to scale

✓Diagnose underperformance and implement corrective strategies

✓Share weekly insights and actionable learnings with internal teams and clients

✓Work closely with the TikTok shop manager, Media Buyers, Designers, Representatives

✓And other assigned tasks

Higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ year of experience in social media advertising (TikTok Ads experience preferred)
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Passion for social media advertising and continuous learning

Compensation: From 1,400 €/mon. net

Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
