Responsibilities

→Owns and independently manages multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment providing direction and vision as needed
→Independently own a brand vertical and partner with other project management leads to ensure consistency and quality
→Speak to pertinent information for internal status meetings to provide updates or changes in project plans
→Ensures accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of routing, quality control, project preparation, and execution of deliverables
→Manage external resource partners as necessary
→Proactively escalate and suggest solutions to project related issues to management
→Partners with manager on scope of work (SOW) development
→Reviews financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines/estimates.
→Responsible for informing team members regarding the start of new projects, upcoming deadlines, quality control, revisions, next steps
→Collaborate with the Client Experience on budget shifts and resourcing implications

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years within the Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising space
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Financial aptitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Workfront, or equivalent) required
Multichannel production knowledge across print, video & digital (Websites, IVAs, Emails, social/digital marketing, media, etc.)

Salary: $95,000-$120,000/year

*Salary dependent upon experience & location
