Logistics Manager

The purpose of the Logistics Manager role is to oversee logistics operations supporting the Product Services organization. The scope of the Logistics function includes order fulfillment, return material authorization (RMA), inventory and warehouse operations that support Field Service activities.

This position assists the Senior Logistics Manager in coordinating and managing logistics operations while ensuring the department maintains the operational capacity required to support internal stakeholders and external customers. The Logistics Manager contributes to the hiring, development, and training of Product Services personnel in accordance with the approved organizational structure.

The role is also responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives by assisting in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations. The Logistics Manager collaborates closely with the Senior Logistics Manager and other departments within IEM to ensure Product Services logistics operations align with organizational goals and effectively support Field Service and Product Controls teams.

• →Operational Leadership: Provides guidance and supervision to logistics personnel while supporting training and development initiatives.
• →Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to improve logistics workflows, procedures, and operational efficiency.
• →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Field Service, Purchasing, and Product Controls teams to coordinate logistics activities.
• →Data & KPI Management: Monitors logistics metrics and operational performance indicators to support decision-making.
• →Problem Solving: Addresses operational challenges and supports resolution of logistics or customer service issues.
• →Communication: Maintains clear communication with internal teams and external partners regarding logistics operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Logistics or Project Management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing logistics operations, including warehouse operations, order fulfillment, purchasing coordination, and RMA processes.
• Experience using ERP and inventory management systems to support logistics operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
