Assistant Engineer Failure Analysis

Perform daily work on analytical service of SAM, SEM/EDX，X-rayinspection, chemical preparation or cross-section preparation fromproduction or FA internally in aligned cycle time Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role 1.Perform daily work on analytical service of SAM, SEM/EDX，X-ray inspection, chemical preparation or cross-section preparation from production or FA internally in aligned cycle time 2.Perform daily work on simple failure analysis in customer returncases. Delivery the result or report in aligned cycle time 3.Training the lower level operate or technician on the imaging,chemical preparation, X-ray or SAM handling 4.Manage the finished samples according to FA sample storage procedure 5.Support in chemical stock management and waste chemical dispositionby Strictly follow ESH safety regulations 6.Support equipment owner on equipment and chemical lab daily check 7.Any other tasks assigned by supervisor Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1. Bachelor or colleague degree, major in electronic engineering orrelevant 2. At least 1 years working experience, experience in semiconductor factory failure analysis are preferred 3. Good knowledge and experience in electrical semi-conductors and orchemical 4. Good communication skills 5.
