Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Be the key enabler of the respective BE Segment/Site to achieve Operational Excellence. * Drive the implementation of IE standard and KPIs and the actual improvement in Personnel(P), Capital(C), Material(M) and Area(A)Efficiencies. * Drive the implementation of Standard Production Management system and the optimization of Cycle time and Utilization at the respective Segment/Site. * Drive and manage the overall Productivity program (NLoP) at BE segment/site, which should includes the execution of current year defined measures and to secure mid/long-term productivity pipelines. * Drive the implementation of Automation roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure mid/long-term productivity needs. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Master’s degree/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree. * Lean trained or Lean certified. Black Belt will be an advantage * Minimum 7 years working experience in the related environment. * Preferably PJM certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP). * Relevant experience in manufacturing process (preferably semicon), and Layout Planning will be an advantage. * Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong analytical skills. * Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision. * Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder. * Good command of English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
