Senior Engineer Information Technology

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Daily technical support and administration of network equipment, asset management, resolution of incident ticket and change request * Provide 24x7 response, 2nd tier technical support, analysis, escalation and resolution for reported incidents * Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning on network * Liaise with cabling contractors to support passive cabling requirement and inspection upon job completion * Document network infrastructure with FNT documentation tool * Project support of network work package, lead in local projects to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within project scope and budget Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * 3 years direct practical experience in network infrastructure support * Knowledge and experience in structured cabling and coordination with cabling vendor * Proficient in network configuration and implement network design base on standard design without guidance * Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP) preferred * Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
