Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a driven and personable Client Service Analyst to join the Client Service team to help service the company’s rapidly growing client base. A successful candidate will be a highly collaborative team player who is eager to provide white glove service. They thrive in fast paced entrepreneurial environments, have exceptional attention to detail, and are service-oriented collaborators. Drive successful client outcomes by assisting new and existing clients through active communication by processing client requests, and providing guidance throughout the transaction process (Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post Trade) Support clients with transfers, capital calls, AML/KYC, redemptions, and other ad hoc requests Collect, analyze and process client information Become a subject matter expert on the platform and help clients understand the mechanics of the platform Liaise with clients on the user experience of the platform and partner with the Technology team to enhance the client experience Create and execute new processes to further automate client workflows and ensure a seamless client experience Collaborate cross functionally with various teams at spanning Sales, Operations, and Technology to appropriately respond to inbound requests and questions, and streamline and improve existing processes Additional responsibilities will be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest Requirements Job Requirements and Credentials: College degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline 1+ years of client service experience at a financial services firm Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM programs Exemplary verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Organized and detail oriented Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Understanding of alternative investments and the wealth management ecosystem a plus
