In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
⦁ Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
⦁ Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
⦁ Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Program Leadership
•Lead large-scale PLM, engineering, and enterprise application programs from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
•Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
•Drive alignment between business objectives, IT strategy, and technology initiatives.
•Establish and manage program governance frameworks and executive steering committees.
Stakeholder Management
•Serve as the primary point of contact for business leadership, IT leadership, and external partners.
•Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams.
•Present program status, risks, issues, and financial updates to executive stakeholders.
•Manage communication plans and organizational change activities.
Delivery Management
•Oversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
•Coordinate with application support, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
•Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.
•Ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance requirements.
Service and Operations Governance
•Govern application support and managed services engagements.
•Drive SLA, KPI, and operational performance reviews.
•Lead incident, problem, and change management governance.
•Ensure continuous service improvement and operational excellence initiatives. •Siemens Teamcenter

•ServiceNow and ITIL Processes • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
