Senior Associate Consultant

Digital Platforms Insights team is looking for Data Engineer and Insights Engineers with strong backgrounds in ETL development and SQL querying. Strengths - detail-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, and thrive under tight deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
 
The ideal candidate is passionate about design and data. They enjoy weaving together data to build a data narrative that drives action. They’re innovative, have a passion for data analysis, and words like PARTITION BY or UNION ALL are commonly understood. On this team, they will be responsible for ETL design, development, implementation, support, and data analysis with exposures to various technology stacks and opportunities to hone their design chops. 
 
 
Key Responsabilities: 

• Designing and developing SQL code (AWS Athena) required
• Developing and editing Tableau workbooks experience required
• Designing and developing automated solutions
• Performance monitoring and tuning of existing automated jobs
• Troubleshooting failures
• Ad hoc analyses
• Query data to answer business questions and to support investigations 
• Engage with subject matter experts to develop metrics and key performance indicators

 Mandatory: 

• Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Thorough, take detailed notes and capture correct information 
• Strong ETL development background (minimum of 1-2 years experience)
• Experience with Tableau (minimum of 1-2 years experience)
• Experience with SQL for analysis and data investigation (minimum of 1-2 years experience)
• AWS cloud experience (Cloudwatch, Lambda, EMR, Athena)
• Excellent analytical skills, curious about data
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
