⦁ Direct enterprise-wide process analysis, championing innovative analytical methodologies to identify optimization opportunities, automate workflows, and drive transformative business outcomes
⦁ Guide strategic evaluations and benchmarking studies of IT solutions, establishing automation-driven criteria to enhance efficiency and align with client objectives
⦁ Oversee the creation and standardization of comprehensive process documentation, ensuring clear communication and accessibility for stakeholders and teams
