Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. The Mary Hill Center for Youth Supervisor will support the Managing Director in daily oversight and management of the residential program. This position will primarily be responsible for supervision of staff, including but not limited to schedules and performance. The Supervisor will provide back-up for the Program Manager in their absence and will help to build a cohesive and successful team.

• Non-Licensed: $48,596.66 - $58,451.92 annually
• Dependently Licensed: $52,609.67 - $63,282.33 annually

Education/Licensure:

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required

• Licensed in Social Work, Clinical Counseling or Couple and Family Therapy preferred.

• Experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting preferred.

• One year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written is required

• Advanced organizational skills are required

• Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required

• Ability to maintain confidential information is required

• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements is required

• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required

• An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required

• Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required

• Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required

• Ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection is required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer is required

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times is required
