Maintenance Project Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Project Coordinator is responsible for creating, managing, and completing a variety of projects within the Integrea properties. This role requires a blend of daily routine maintenance responsibilities and project coordination of renovations and upgrades. This role will be expected to complete projects independently as well as lead projects requiring contractors’ assistance.

Objectives:

· Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all facility buildings, systems, and equipment.

· Maintaining a clean, functional, and secure environment for staff and clients.

· Minimizing downtime through proactive inspections and timely repairs.

· Supporting compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

· Contributing to a positive and professional workplace through reliable service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and special projects.

· Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.

· Execute rough and finish carpentry projects. This includes drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, and painting.

· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.

· Diagnose and repair minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.

· Coordinate with certified contractors for complex repairs.

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

· Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
