Intercom is the AI Customer Service company on a mission to help businesses provide incredible customer experiences.
Our AI agent Fin, the most advanced customer service AI agent on the market, lets businesses deliver always-on, impeccable customer service and ultimately transform their customer experiences for the better. Fin can also be combined with our Helpdesk to become a complete solution called the Intercom Customer Service Suite, which provides AI enhanced support for the more complex or high touch queries that require a human agent.
Founded in 2011 and trusted by nearly 30,000 global businesses, Intercom is setting the new standard for customer service. Driven by our core values, we push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and consistently deliver incredible value to our customers.
Speed is something we fight for every day at Intercom, and we believe Berlin is built for people who share that instinct. We are drawn to Berlin by its rare blend of deep technical talent and rich creative culture – all within a vibrant, globally connected city that’s close to our R&D hubs in Dublin and London. It’s a place where the best of the best technical talent thrive, and where people from around the world are eager to relocate and build ambitious products.
Our ambition is to hire 100 people in Berlin over the year ahead across engineering, AI, data science, product, and design. We believe this is the most exciting time to join, be the founding R&D talent in the region and make a lasting impact as we build the world's number one customer agent!
Intercom treats our website as a product. As the Staff PM for Web Growth, you’ll own the delivery of our growth strategy and performance of our entire web presence, including intercom.com and fin.ai. These sites are critical growth engines: they must deliver measurable results while setting the standard for user experience, clarity, and innovation.
This is a high-impact role: you’ll combine deep analytical skills with strategic vision, identifying opportunities across CRO, demand generation, and funnel performance, and translating them into actionable roadmaps. You’ll also play a leadership role in mentoring other PMs and elevating the overall bar for growth excellence.
- Own web growth strategy: Develop and evolve a holistic strategy for how our websites drive growth.
- Deeply understand performance: Analyze funnel trends and uncover insights that shape priorities.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities: Spot areas to optimise (CRO, SEO/AEO, page performance) and make clear tradeoffs to maximise impact.
- Drive outcomes: Translate analysis into clear priorities and partner with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver measurable results.
- Mentor and coach: Support the growth of other PMs by providing guidance, feedback, and best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally: Align product, marketing, design, engineering, and analytics stakeholders around shared goals and sequencing.
- Experience in web growth: you’ve owned growth/product strategy for high-performing websites and can show measurable impact.
- Deeply analytical: skilled at using data to identify opportunities, diagnose funnel health, and guide strategy.
- Operationally minded: able to run complex programs end-to-end, lead other PMs / producers, and scale processes so the web team can ship consistently and at high quality.
- Strong collaborator and communicator: able to align diverse stakeholders with crisp, data-driven storytelling.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-bar environment with ambitious goals and tight feedback loops.
