What We Offer

Level of Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture from an accredited academic institution with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
or
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering from an accredited academic institution with at least 5 years of building construction/repair management professional experience.
or
High school diploma in technical related field (Electromechanical/Mechanical/Electrical etc.) with at least 7 years of building construction/repair management professional experience.
Experience in the field of construction engineering and contract management;
Experience in the technical supervision of the construction/reconstruction/overhaul projects;
Experience in planning and implementation of civil design construction and WASH projects;
Experience working with a non-governmental organization and/or international organization is an advantage;
Fluency in Ukrainian is required, working knowledge of English is an advantage.
Yes, travel duties are mandatory according to the contract.

Responsibilities
~2 min readIOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
Any offer made to the candidate in relation to this vacancy notice is subject to funding confirmation.
Appointment will be subject to certification that the candidate is medically fit for appointment, accreditation, any residency or visa requirements, security clearances.
