Responsibilities

→Lead a portfolio of complex technology initiatives across infrastructure, cloud platforms, security tooling, integrations and business-critical applications
→Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time, cost and quality parameters
→Translate strategic objectives into structured technical roadmaps and detailed implementation plans
→Collaborate with engineers and architects to review and validate technical designs, integration patterns and non-functional requirements
→Identify and manage technical, architectural and operational risks, embedding mitigation strategies into delivery plans
→Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and third-party vendors, ensuring effective resource and capacity planning
→Operate robust change governance processes, including technical impact assessment and change control
→Ensure smooth transition of solutions into live environments, aligned with IT service management practices
→Support vendor evaluation, technical due diligence and technology selection processes

Requirements

Background in a technical IT role (e.g. infrastructure, cloud, networking or similar)
Proven experience delivering large-scale IT projects end-to-end
Strong technical understanding, with confidence working alongside engineers and architects
Experience managing risks, stakeholders and complex delivery environments
Comfortable working across agile and/or waterfall methodologies
Experience working with third-party vendors
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments
Must be native or fluent in English

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), SaaS or Microsoft 365
Exposure to cybersecurity, data migration, integrations or automation
Experience in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
Involvement in transformation or M&A-related projects
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
