As a Senior Data Analyst, you are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions. You design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that improve visibility into product performance, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes. You help the team utilize AI capabilities to enhance our data platform.
You partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Revenue teams to translate business needs into data solutions, strengthen reporting accuracy and accessibility, and proactively identify trends and opportunities that support strategic growth and continuous improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including our e-prescribing, real time prescription benefit (RTPB), eligibility, and electronic prior authorization (ePA) platforms.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key business metrics such as customer transactional volume.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders (product, operations, and revenue teams) to improve business workflows and performance.

Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement; provide actionable insights for optimization.

Data Visualization:
- →
Create interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards that clearly present business-wide, or customer-specific, metrics to non-technical users.

Optimize and automate reports to ensure timely and consistent access to up-to-date information.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Partner with the data engineering team to inform data architecture, storage, and processing

Provide insights that support strategic decision-making for product development, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance.

Ad-Hoc Analysis & Research:

Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specific business initiatives, product development, or troubleshooting.

Research new trends and technologies within healthcare technology and the e-prescribing space to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation

Help team utilize AI capabilities to advance our data platform and products

Automated Metric and Data Model Generation
4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration)
Demonstrated experience implementing reports or dashboards for stakeholders
Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or an equivalent BI tool
Fluent with data querying and languages such as SQL (Snowflake)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally but can work independently as needed
A data-driven approach to problem-solving and business decision-making.
Fully remote role within the United States
Periodic travel (approximately 5%) for team meetings
Operates in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, PE-backed SaaS environment
Requires cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
Success in this role requires the ability to balance synchronous collaboration with thoughtful asynchronous execution in a remote-first environment.
