Client Project Manager

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Client Project Manager to join our Asset Management Team at a client site in West Point, PA. In this role, you will support day‑to‑day project coordination efforts that help clients improve asset reliability, maintain compliance, and achieve operational goals.

• →Support the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned client projects under the guidance of senior project managers or leadership
• →Serve as a key point of contact for assigned projects, responding to routine client inquiries and escalating issues as needed
• →Assist in managing daily project activities to help ensure work aligns with defined scope, schedule, and budget
• →Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items while maintaining accurate documentation and status updates
• →Help prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, coordinate follow‑ups, and communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
• →Monitor project progress and flag risks, scope changes, or concerns to senior team members in a timely manner
• →Support the preparation of proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, science, engineering management or related field required, or equivalent combination of experience and licensure
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
• Strong ability to support multiple projects or project tasks simultaneously with guidance from senior project managers
• Experience supporting proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents
• Basic understanding of client contract requirements, with the ability to follow established terms and escalate questions as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong relationship-building abilities
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities with sound judgment and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on responsiveness, organization, and client satisfaction
• Willingness to travel as needed in support of project and client requirements
• PMP certification preferred
