CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator I to join our PMCM Team in Bethlehem, PA. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to project managers, helping ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with client and stakeholder expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience while supporting impactful projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to keep projects organized and moving forward
  • Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring project progress against established goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations
  • Coordinate project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners to support collaboration and alignment
  • Help identify potential project risks or issues and support project teams with tracking and resolution efforts
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation aligns with quality standards, policies, and procedures
  • Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or coordination roles required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of project management software
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow within project management support functions
  • Contribute to impactful projects by supporting owners and project teams from planning through delivery
  • Work alongside experienced project management professionals in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment

$28.84 - $33.65

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
