We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support high-priority hiring across engineering and data teams over the next six months. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and close top technical talent in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

Proven track record hiring for engineering and/or data roles
Hands-on experience with Ashby (or similar ATS)
Strong sourcing skills and ability to build diverse candidate pipelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
Nice to Have

What We Offer
~1 min readThe hourly range for this role is $65-$75/hour. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
