To further strengthen the FP&A team within Cedacri, we are looking for a motivated and talented Finance Analyst who is keen to grow professionally, gain exposure to group-level financial dynamics, and actively contribute to strategic decision-making.
Your role:
Key Responsibilities:
· Support FP&A activities with a strong focus on monthly financial performance analysis, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring
· Prepare, analyze, and deliver monthly Flash and Group Reports to top management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery
· Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial planning, scenario analysis, and rolling forecasts
· Monitor and analyze operating expenses, identifying deviations versus budget/forecast and supporting cost control and optimization initiatives
· Act as a finance business partner, working closely with business stakeholders to understand cost drivers and support data-driven decision-making
· Support financial consolidation activities and ensure alignment between local and group-level reporting
· Participate in special projects related to business unit transformation, process improvement, and financial governance
· Improve reporting processes and tools, enhancing automation, data quality, and efficiency
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required:
· Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (preferably with honors)
· 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, M&A, Controlling, or Business Analysis roles
· Strong expertise in financial modeling, reporting, performance measurement, and data analysis
· Strong analytical mindset combined with a proactive, “get-things-done” attitude
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
· Excellent proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Knowledge of SAP modules and enterprise financial systems is considered a plus
