The Opportunity
As a Director of Enterprise Sales at Iru, you will lead a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives responsible for driving growth across some of the world’s most influential organizations. Each AE owns a segment of strategic accounts and is responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and delivering on monthly and quarterly revenue goals. You will guide the team in helping customers understand how Iru’s AI-powered platform unifies UEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Compliance Automation, and Workforce Identity to simplify and secure their IT and security operations.
Your focus will be on elevating performance through consistent coaching, clear expectations, and a culture rooted in accountability and execution. You will model excellence in enterprise sales leadership—developing talent, resolving challenges quickly, and reinforcing a results-driven, collaborative, and high-trust environment.
Success in this role means scaling a world-class enterprise sales organization that consistently exceeds its goals and establishes Iru as the category-defining platform for unified identity, endpoint, and compliance management.
Required to work onsite 5x a week in our Miami (Coral Gables) office.
