We are seeking a dynamic Business Unit Director to lead a key global customer relationship, owning the overall business strategy, P&L performance, and long-term growth of the account.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the executive point of contact for customers, build strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, negotiate commercial agreements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

→Own the global P&L and financial performance for assigned customer accounts.
→Develop and execute growth strategies that increase revenue and profitability.
→Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
→Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
→Drive operational excellence and ensure delivery of customer commitments and SLAs.
→Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic business planning.
→Manage and develop high-performing teams while influencing cross-functional partners.
→Identify new business opportunities and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in business, manufacturing, operations, finance, or account management.
5+ years of people leadership experience.
Proven success managing complex customer relationships, P&L ownership, and business growth.
Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related industries preferred.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by leading strategic customer partnerships, driving global business growth, and influencing key organizational decisions within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The pay range for this role is $159,600 - $287,300. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: March 31, 2027.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; paid time off accruing at a rate of 3.07 hours during your first year of employment; 4 weeks of paid parental leave; in 2027, 11 company-paid holidays (9 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays), subject to change yearly; 401(k) retirement plan; and employee stock purchase plan.
