Product Development Coordinator

The Production Development Coordinator will communicate with production, design, and development to assist with new projects, manage timelines, collect samples, and review product designs while working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. 

• →Manage sample tracking including issuing shipping labels and logging all samples received
• →Issue shipping labels to vendors for packages being shipped domestically and internationally
• →Receive and log all incoming packages and distribute them to team members
• →Maintain and organize all fit samples and dropped samples archive
• →Organize and file bulk fabric cuttings seasonally
• →Assist with other PD related tasks as needed

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree 

EXPERIENCE

• Proficient in Excel
• Full Circle knowledge not required but a plus

• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task
• Team-player. Able to assist with department needs as necessary
• Strong proactive communication skills and attention to detail

PAY TRANSPARENCY

This position pays $22.00 per hour.
