→Project Execution: Meticulously track project progress and deliver executive-ready reports on key metrics such as milestones and deliverables.
→Methodology Development: Embrace and refine project delivery methodologies and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering projects.

Requirements

5+ years of experience leading all phases of complex technical projects for external clients
Expertise in agile and waterfall project management methodologies, with a track record of implementing best practices
Demonstrated experience in leading scoping and requirements gathering sessions and crafting comprehensive statements of work and proposals.
Exceptional skills in authoring and communicating status updates and risk assessments across multiple projects or workstreams.
Superior communication and presentation skills, including a strong command of written and spoken English

Previous software development experience
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, CPO, ITIL, etc.
Experience in a business analyst role or similar capacity
Pre-Sales Expertise: Leveraging our in-house technical experts, take the lead on pre-sales efforts to understand client needs, draft high-level requirements, and formulate detailed project scopes, timelines, and delivery strategies
