The anticipated application window will close on October 13, 2026.   Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines. Perform product costing, cost analysis, and price variance reporting to support operational and financial decision-making. Analyze manufacturing overhead costs against budget and forecast, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare inventory reports, variance analyses, stock provisions, and other inventory-related accounting activities. Support forecasting and annual budgeting processes in collaboration with the Assistant Financial Controller (AFC) and Financial Controller (FC). Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and variance analysis activities. Oversee fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation processes. Perform cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting. Coordinate and support fiscal year-end closing requirements and financial reporting activities. Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory, corporate, and regulatory requirements. Develop, maintain, and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures. Partner with cross-functional departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives. Other duties as assigned   Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Experience supporting month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment assessments as applicable and in accordance with applicable law.   Preferred Qualifications CPA or CMA certification preferred. 6-10 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and variance analysis. Experience working within an ERP system, preferably SAP. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Experience in a high-growth or start-up manufacturing environment preferred.   Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate findings effectively. High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across departments. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment. Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.   Job Conditions Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
