Management Accountant- South Bank, QLD

• →Prepare and analyse weekly cashflow forecasts
• →Prepare and analyse monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• →Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
• →Review, understand, and enhance monthly accounting processes
• →Create and improve financial reporting, systems, and processes
• →Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• →Support annual audit requirements, including preparation of workpapers
• →Drive continuous process improvement initiatives aligned with best practice
• →Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• →Contribute to key business improvement and change management initiatives
• →Complete month-end accounting activities including reconciliations, journal postings, and invoicing
• →Produce and analyse monthly management reports, tracking financial and non-financial performance against KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and trends
• →Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on actual results versus budget and forecast expectations
• →Collaborate with Management Accounting and Transactional Finance teams to ensure reporting deadlines are achieved

• CPA or CA qualified
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related discipline
• Business Central experience beneficial but not essential
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a commercial environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
• High attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and support business growth initiatives
