Analista de Onboarding - Comercial/Financeiro

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully implement and adopt an ERP solution. You will combine commercial and financial knowledge with strong communication and relationship-building skills to guide customers throughout their onboarding journey. The position includes both virtual and on-site implementation activities, customer support, training, and documentation. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, resolve challenges, and ensure a positive experience. The role also provides opportunities to contribute new ideas, improve methodologies, and share knowledge with colleagues. This is an ideal environment for someone proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable working across different locations.

• Professional experience in financial and/or commercial functions.
• Previous experience working with ERP software.
• Good computer skills and confidence working with business software and digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, and customer requirements.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and daily responsibilities.
• Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, or a related field.
• Valid Category B driver's license and ability to drive a car.
• Availability for frequent business travel.
• Experience in the plastics industry is a plus.
• Previous experience with the Iniflex ERP system is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Spanish is a plus.
