This role offers an opportunity to support the delivery of global clinical imaging studies from startup through closeout.
You will work closely with Clinical Project Managers, sponsors, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams to keep projects organized and on track.
The position combines project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, financial administration, and operational follow-up.
You will help ensure study milestones, imaging requirements, deliverables, and timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
The role provides valuable exposure to clinical research, medical imaging, and regulated global project environments.
You will also contribute to process improvements and may step in as an acting Project Manager when required.

  • Support Clinical Project Managers with day-to-day administration and coordination of imaging studies and clinical programs.

  • Develop, maintain, review, and distribute study documentation, project materials, presentations, reports, and project records.

  • Participate in project meetings, sponsor calls, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions, documenting and following up on relevant actions.

  • Review study protocols to understand project requirements, timelines, imaging deliverables, and operational expectations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support the timely completion of study milestones, deliverables, and operational workflows.

  • Support study startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assist with financial and administrative activities, including scope-change documentation, invoice reconciliation follow-up, and forecasting reports.

  • Monitor data flows and internal workflows, identifying outstanding items and escalating issues when appropriate.

  • Communicate professionally with sponsors, clients, clinical sites, and internal stakeholders regarding project status, deliverables, and outstanding actions.

  • Verify imaging protocol requirements and ensure study queries, missing data, incomplete documentation, and site issues are appropriately identified and escalated.

  • Create, review, and distribute project reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Track project actions and partner with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Support the management, distribution, and tracking of site-facing materials and study logistics.

  • Serve as an acting Project Manager when required to maintain continuity of project operations.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend ways to improve operational efficiency and project execution.

  • Perform all activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, applicable FDA requirements, and established procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience supporting project teams, clinical operations, study management, or customer-facing activities is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes, medical imaging studies, or regulated clinical research environments is preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with global stakeholders.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global, cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing business requirements.

  • Proactive, pragmatic, and goal-oriented approach to problem solving and project execution.

  • Professional, customer-focused mindset with the ability to establish productive relationships with sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders.
