Provide customer service and support to users, suppliers, and clients by answering questions and assisting with supplier registration processes.

Review and re-review Occupational Health and Safety documentation, ensuring that submitted documents meet the applicable requirements and are properly handled.

Register, monitor, and resolve service requests and occurrences efficiently by following established procedures and using internal systems.

Provide consultative support to suppliers by explaining outstanding requirements, pending documentation, and the steps needed to regularize their registration.

Use digital systems and platforms to organize, track, and manage daily activities and service requests.

Analyze the main reasons for contacts and recurring requests from users, suppliers, and clients, identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with the wider team on continuous process improvements and initiatives focused on delivering a high standard of customer service.
Requirements

Be currently pursuing a technical or higher education program in Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Processes, Human Resources, or a related field.

Have basic to intermediate Excel knowledge and be comfortable working with digital systems and online platforms.

Be available to work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.

Demonstrate an interest in customer service and relationship management, with a genuine focus on providing helpful and positive support.

Be organized and capable of managing multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.

Communicate clearly and empathetically, with the ability to listen carefully and provide objective, respectful guidance.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Show initiative, ownership, flexibility, and adaptability when dealing with changing priorities and new situations.

Maintain a customer-focused mindset and consistently look for ways to improve the service experience.

Previous experience with voice or chat-based customer service, support operations, SAC, or call center environments is an advantage.

Experience with document analysis, administrative processes, CRM tools, or customer service platforms is a plus.
