You will act as the connective layer between strategy, creative execution, demand generation, sales, and digital channels.
The role combines campaign project management with hands-on ownership of email marketing, organic social media, landing pages, and marketing operations.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate complex, multi-channel campaigns and keep execution aligned with business goals.
You will also use marketing technology, analytics, and generative AI tools to improve productivity, campaign quality, and performance.
The position offers significant ownership in a global environment, with regular collaboration across US-based teams and stakeholders.
Success will be measured through effective execution, stronger engagement, and measurable contribution to growth and demand generation.

Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across six software and services business units, coordinating timelines, assets, stakeholders, and deliverables to support growth, demand generation, and brand awareness.

Maintain an organization-wide campaign calendar, identifying potential conflicts, redundancies, dependencies, and opportunities to improve campaign operations.

Design, build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns using ActiveCampaign or comparable marketing automation platforms, ensuring strong visual presentation, accuracy, and messaging quality.

Build and maintain functional WordPress landing pages, including basic troubleshooting of plugins, themes, layouts, and other page-related issues.

Partner with demand-generation and marketing teams on campaign execution, including Salesforce campaign builds, email delivery, landing pages, sales enablement materials, digital and physical collateral, webinars, presentations, and other campaign assets.

Own and evolve organic social media strategy across multiple business units, using performance data to refine messaging, channels, and tactics.

Manage and execute social media calendars through Hootsuite and monitor performance across relevant channels.

Lead the end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel campaigns for major industry events, spanning email, print, direct mail, paid digital, social media, and telemarketing.

Maintain event-related web content, including schedules, speakers, sponsors, and other campaign information.

Report on email marketing and organic social performance, translating results into actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, marketing operations, or a closely related field, preferably in a multi-channel or B2B environment.

Strong hands-on experience with marketing technology, including ActiveCampaign, Salesforce CRM, Hootsuite, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and webinar platforms.

Demonstrated ability to independently own email marketing and organic social media strategy and execution.

Experience managing complex campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, channels, assets, and deadlines.

Strong understanding of campaign operations, project coordination, digital marketing, and performance measurement.

Proficiency with generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms to support research, content development, ideation, analysis, and productivity.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to lead complex discussions, collaborate with international stakeholders, and communicate clearly with business teams.

Proven experience working with US-based teams and the ability to collaborate effectively across international environments.

Ability to work with an overlap of core US Eastern Time business hours, including approximately four hours between 7:30 PM and 11:30 PM IST, with four additional flexible working hours.

Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of projects from planning through execution and reporting.
