This is a flexible, remote clinical opportunity for a qualified mental health professional providing meaningful support through telehealth and, where applicable, onsite care. You will work directly with clients across a broad range of mental health needs, using evidence-based approaches to deliver high-quality, individualized care. The role offers the freedom to manage your schedule and complement existing clinical work or private practice. You will be part of a global professional community while collaborating with an internal clinical team to strengthen programs and improve client outcomes. The position is well suited to an experienced psychologist or counsellor who values accessible, client-centered care and enjoys working in a modern digital healthcare environment.

Provide high-quality one-on-one clinical support through telehealth and, where applicable, onsite sessions.

Assess and support clients presenting with a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and other psychological conditions.

Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriately to each client's needs, circumstances, and treatment goals.

Establish a safe, supportive, and professional therapeutic environment for clients receiving remote or onsite care.

Maintain appropriate clinical standards, documentation, confidentiality, and professional boundaries throughout the care process.

Collaborate with the internal clinical team to strengthen care programs, improve service quality, and contribute to better client outcomes.

Apply clinical judgment to identify client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches or escalation where necessary.

Contribute professional insights and feedback that can help improve the overall effectiveness and accessibility of mental health services.
Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

Valid and active professional license or registration applicable to the country of practice.

Minimum of 300 post-master's clinical hours.

Strong practical experience using CBT or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Fluency in English and at least one of the following local languages: Urdu, Odia, or Punjabi.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients presenting with diverse mental health needs.

Strong ethical judgment, professionalism, empathy, and commitment to client-centered care.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining reliable communication and clinical standards.

Experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counseling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

Openness to occasional onsite clinical work is a plus.
